Property management services

For property owners

If you engage us to manage your property, the specific terms and conditions of that arrangement — including fees, obligations, and duration — will be set out in a separate property management agreement signed between us. These Terms of Use apply in addition to that agreement.

Short-stay rental bookings

Rooms and properties we manage are listed for short-stay rental on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Trip.com. All bookings for guest stays are made through these third-party platforms and are subject to their respective terms, policies, and cancellation rules.

We are not a party to the booking contract between the guest and the platform. Disputes relating to bookings, payments, or cancellations should be directed to the relevant booking platform in the first instance.

Enquiries and communications

When you submit an enquiry through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We will use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to provide our services.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract between you and us. A formal agreement is only formed when a written management agreement has been signed by both parties.
