"We arrived to Penang late. We also arrived without any luggage (due to airline forgetting to send it)Arrived with a lot of stress. Thankfully, the instructions given for check-in were seamless. It was super easy. The place LOOKED EXACTLY like it did in the pictures. Very nice. Very clean. When I reached out to the owners for help, they were responsive and helpful. I loved my experience here in Penang and my stress was managed by the people working here and the beautiful place. I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK HERE AGAIN"
